All of our products are provided as digital downloads. We do not ship physical products. Once you've purchased a product, you'll be provided links to download your products through the website. You can always find a link to download all of your products in the Downloads link of your account when logged in. Also, if logged in, there is a downloads tab on each product page with a link to download link that you can use if you've bought that product.
Dealing with Blocked Files
Some downloads that include DLL, EXE or CHM files (and possibly other file types) may be blocked from working properly by your operating system or by security software. When this is the case, you should right-click the downloaded file, choose Properties and click the Unblock button or checkbox.
